Balochistan District Gazetteer series was first printed in the year 1907. Since then much has changed but its archival significance has increased as a document rich in substance on Balochistan. this fact has been ascertained by its gowning demand by individuals as well as organizations countrywide.

covering a wide range of subjects i.e. topography, history, archeology, tribal structure, agriculture, administrative setup, languages, ethnic compositions, culture, and a host of other topics. These volumes will serve as reference documents opening a window to the colonial past of Balochistan.
